Last month H&N Perry launched a sales campaign for Lot 1147 Dandaragan Drive, Dawesville which is a commercial building site located within the Florida Beach land estate.

There is no doubt that the Auction system gets results following H&N Perry’s most recent auction. Commercial property, 108 Park Road, Mandurah had been listed For Sale using the traditional selling method of private treaty for 6 months without attracting any offers. The sellers were very keen to move the property on and so they approached us for some advice on different selling strategies.
